on Tuesday, 16 August, announced an investment in a startup called
'Goodfellows' that pairs senior citizens with young graduates in the
form of "meaningful relationships." However, the amount of the
investment has not been disclosed.

Customised Hiring Process:
• Hiring Initiation:Fill a detailed requirement form and pay a the application fee of Rs. 1,500 so that Helper4U team starts the process.
• Presentation of Candidates: Helper4U will introduce upto 3 potential candidates for final interview by you. This is done basis the requirement form filled by you. Usually this involves interviewing apprx. 25-30 candidates by the experiencedHelper4U team. These Candidates will not be presented to any other client for the next 2 days to give you enough time to interview them. If you do not employ from these initial Candidates for genuine reasons, additional introductions may be arranged. It is imperative that you follow the process and interview candidates fast so that you do not lose good candidates. Helper4U will not be responsible for candidates refusing your job if you delay interviewing them, as they often do not wait for long for a job.
• Interview of Candidates by you: You interview Candidates in detail to negotiate everything to your satisfaction. Video interviews can also be done on WhatsApp.
• Placement Fees: When you decide to employ a Candidate, inform Helper4U immediately. You will now pay the placement fee of Rs. 4,500 or Rs. 6,500, as applicable. Post this, the Candidate will join you and will be not be presented to any other Client.
• Candidate Background Check: Upon receipt of the Placement Fee, Helper4U will initiate the latest Nationwide Criminal Records Check for the Candidate and share the report with you in 2 days. Helper4U will pay for the cost of this test. If the result from the check is negative, the Placement Fee will either be refunded, or applied towards finding another Candidate.
• Replacement or Refund:Helper4U will make reasonable efforts to provide additional candidates for a replacement or refund a portion of the Placement Fee as per the Replacement-Refund Policy.
